All JUST-ORIGINALS™ products are made to order.
Because each item is produced specifically for you, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to sizing, preference, or change of mind.


Eligible Claims

We will provide a replacement item or store credit if:

  • The item arrives damaged in transit

  • The product is misprinted or defective

  • You receive an incorrect item (different from your order confirmation)

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.


How to Submit a Claim

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and issue

  • A brief explanation of the problem

Failure to provide photos may delay or void the claim review.

All claims are reviewed before approval.


Non-Returnable Situations

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected at checkout

  • Change of mind

  • Preference-related concerns

  • Minor color variation due to screen differences

  • Delivery delays caused by carriers

  • Customs duties or import taxes (international orders)

Please review the size guide carefully before purchasing.


Refund Policy

Approved claims may result in:

at our discretion.

We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet the criteria outlined above.


Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details (size, color, shipping address) are correct at checkout.

Orders cannot be modified once production has started.
