All JUST-ORIGINALS™ products are made to order in the United States. Production begins once your order is confirmed.
Each piece is individually crafted to ensure premium quality and durability.
Shipping Availability
We ship worldwide.
All orders are produced and dispatched from the United States.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their country.
Production Time
Production time:
Up to 7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Production begins after successful payment confirmation.
Shipping Time – United States
Estimated transit time: 2–7 business days
Total estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days (production + shipping)
Shipping Time – International
Estimated transit time: 7–21 business days
Total estimated delivery time: Up to 28 business days
International delivery times vary due to customs processing and local carriers.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
• Order weight
• Destination country
• Selected shipping method
Free shipping thresholds are automatically applied when eligible.
Order Tracking
Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
If you do not receive tracking within 10 business days of placing your order, contact:
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Reshipping fees may apply if an order is returned.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of estimated delivery.
Include:
• Order number
• Clear photos (if applicable)
Approved claims may result in a replacement or store credit.
Returns & Exchanges
Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns for:
• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Minor color variations
Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Approved claims will result in a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
